Hi，我是谢华，目前是中国科学技术大学物理学在读博士生，研究方向是光激发材料体系中的载流子非绝热动力学方法。我们开发了基于电声耦合的非绝热动力学软件LVCSH,适用于模拟周期性无限大晶体中的光激发载流子的非绝热动力学。该方法采用Wannier插值得到任意大小的BVK超胞下，任意构型下的哈密顿量。可以以较少的计算量模拟超大体系的非绝热动力学过程，模拟采用了Bloch表象作为透热基矢，特别适用于在倒易空间中描述载流子的动力学。该方法发表在了The Journal of Chemical Physics DOI:https://aip.scitation.org/doi/10.1063/5.0085759并被选为封面和Editor’s Pick.
